Pakistan International Airlines Unveils New Cabin Crew Uniforms Designed by HSY
Pakistan International Airlines has chosen fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin's designs for its new cabin crew uniforms, to be introduced on October 31.

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has selected fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin to create new uniforms for its cabin crew, the airline said in a press release.
The airline unveiled the designs on Thursday, saying they will be officially introduced on October 31, starting with the inaugural flight of its newly acquired Dreamliner from London to Islamabad.
The new uniforms are designed to be durable and comfortable for long-haul flights, with breathable fabrics and tailored fits. Yasin's designs were chosen from a showcase of collections by Pakistan's top fashion designers in Karachi. A panel of judges, including Shamoon Sultan, Nilofer Shahid, Nabila, Hina Tayyaba Khalil, and Naseem Tehrani, selected Yasin's designs for the airline.
Yasin joins a list of prestigious designers who have created uniforms for PIA, including Pierre Cardin and Sir Hardy Amies. The designer said he aimed to capture Pakistan's collective pride and hospitality in his designs, and to make the crew feel confident and comfortable in their uniforms.
Pakistan International Airlines has a history of working with renowned designers to create iconic uniforms. The airline's previous uniforms were designed by Nomi Ansari, who had been designing for PIA for 12 years.
The new uniforms are set to make a statement in airports around the world, reflecting Pakistan's heritage and modern fashion sense.
