The Pakistan Super League 12 is set to kick off on March 18, 2027, and conclude on May 2, 2027. The tournament will feature 44 matches across 46 days, played at five to six venues, according to a PCB press release.
Direct signings for the eight franchises are now open and will close on November 23, 2026. Each franchise can sign one marquee player who did not participate in the previous two seasons.
The player auction is scheduled for January 23, 2027. A franchise workshop will be held next week to finalize player retentions, pre-auction trade windows, player auction rules, and playing conditions. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials stated that the league will be held in multiple cities, bringing it closer to fans across Pakistan.
