- Tola
- The traditional South Asian unit for gold: 1 tola = 11.6638 grams = 12 masha.
- Masha and ratti
- 1 masha = 8 ratti = 0.972 grams. Jewellers still weigh small pieces in masha and ratti.
- Gram and 10 grams
- Banks and international markets price gold by the gram; 10 grams is a common retail unit in Pakistan.
- Troy ounce

- Karat (carat)

- Hallmark
