Kharkiv officials said 226 patients were moved from a damaged medical facility, while Moscow and Kyiv blamed each other for the attacks.

Russia and Ukraine on Tuesday blamed each other for overnight airstrikes that injured nearly 70 people, Turkey's state-run news agency Anadolu Agency reported.

In Ukraine, Kharkiv Governor Oleh Synyehubov said a Russian strike on a medical facility in the Nemyshlianskyi district of the regional capital injured more than 62 people.

The strike damaged a building housing one of the facility's medical departments, along with the windows of four high-rise residential buildings and 10 passenger cars, Synyehubov said.

He added that 226 patients were being moved to other medical facilities.

Separately, Dnipropetrovsk Governor Oleksandr Hanzha said five people were hurt in his region after morning strikes, two of them critically.

The Russian Defense Ministry said it launched massive overnight strikes that hit energy infrastructure in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions, which it said supply electricity to military-industrial enterprises and the Ukrainian army.

The ministry also claimed it hit port infrastructure in Ukraine's southern Odesa region, as well as maritime vessels it described as used for military purposes.

In a separate statement, the ministry said Russian air defenses downed 856 Ukrainian drones over 14 regions, the Black Sea and Crimea, which Moscow annexed in 2014.

In Russia, Yaroslavl Governor Mikhail Yevrayev said two employees were wounded by shrapnel and hospitalized after Ukrainian drones targeted an oil refinery in the regional capital, damaging it.

Yevrayev claimed 124 drones were intercepted, and said debris shattered windows in several apartment buildings and private homes and damaged residents' vehicles.

Independent verification of the claims from both sides is difficult because the war is ongoing.

Both countries deny deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure, saying their strikes hit only military targets or facilities linked to military activity.
