The Israeli military sealed off all entrances to Hebron city, its refugee camps, towns, and villages, and chased residents and their vehicles through streets and neighborhoods, assaulting Palestinians in the process.
In the town of Dura, Israeli forces stormed several neighborhoods, focusing on the Krisa area, where they raided homes, including those of current and former Palestinian prisoners.
Several residents suffered from suffocation after inhaling tear gas fired by Israeli forces near the Fahs area south of Hebron.
Around 1,500 Palestinians were forced to leave their homes in the Deir Baha and al-Jilda areas of Hebron, with plans to displace another 2,500 residents in the coming hours.
The assault has already displaced more than 200 families, leaving them without shelter.
