Israeli Settlers Attack Palestinian Village Northeast of Ramallah
Colonists backed by Israeli forces attacked al-Mughayyir village, northeast of Ramallah, damaging crops and restricting movement.
The official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli settlers, backed by Israeli forces, launched an attack on the outskirts of al-Mughayyir village northeast of Ramallah on Saturday evening, the Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA) said in a statement.
Amin Abu Alia, head of the al-Mughayyir Village Council, said the settlers grazed their sheep on Palestinian land, damaging crops.
In a related incident, Israeli forces raided the village, searching a house and tightening restrictions at the entrance.
They also searched Palestinian vehicles but made no arrests, according to Abu Alia.
