The United States sanctioned four individuals and 41 entities linked to the Cambodia-based Prince Group transnational criminal organization on Thursday, the U.S. State Department said in a statement.

The measures build on designations made in October 2025 and June 2026 that targeted the group's leadership, affiliated companies and financial facilitators, the statement said.

The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control is carrying out the sanctions, the statement said.

The statement said Prince Group members target victims in the United States and around the world through cyber-enabled fraud schemes, many run from large-scale scam compounds in Southeast Asia.

The department said the new designations hit several individuals and affiliated companies that continue to provide material support to the group.

Separately, the United States is sanctioning Chui Kok Wa, a Malaysian individual who the statement said defrauded U.S. victims by managing a network of scammers based in Madagascar.

The statement said that network targeted Americans, including through schemes to steal their digital assets.

Charges against Chui were unsealed on Oct. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, accusing him of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, the statement said.

"No criminal network is beyond reach," the statement said.

The administration will keep targeting networks that use cybercrime, fraud and extortion against Americans, the statement said.

The actions were taken under Executive Order 14390, which targets cybercrime, fraud and predatory schemes against American citizens, along with other executive orders on sanctions authority, the statement said.

Scam compounds in Southeast Asia have drawn growing international attention in recent years as hubs for online fraud, and U.S. sanctions generally freeze assets under American jurisdiction and bar Americans from dealing with those named.
