Yemen's leadership council vows to continue Fajr Al-Yemen operation
The council cited advances in al-Jawf, Marib and the western coast, and urged civilians in Houthi areas not to let children join the fighting.

Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council vowed on Tuesday to keep its Fajr Al-Yemen military operation going until its objectives are achieved, the news agency of Yemen's internationally recognised government Saba (Government) reported.
The council, chaired by President Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi with all its members attending, met to discuss the latest developments in Yemen, particularly what it described as a military escalation by the Houthis.
It reviewed military reports on the operation and pointed to advances on the al-Jawf, Marib and western coast fronts, as well as the resilience of government forces in Taiz.
The council praised the armed forces, security forces and popular resistance for their efforts, and thanked Saudi Arabia for its continued military, humanitarian and development support.
It stressed the need to support the families of soldiers killed and injured, provide medical care to the wounded, and help displaced people with food, water, medicine and shelter.
The council said the operation would continue until its goals are met, including ending what it called the coup, restoring state institutions and extending government authority across the entire country.
It urged citizens in Houthi-controlled areas not to allow their children to be recruited or drawn into the fighting, and said people who lay down their arms and stop fighting alongside the Houthis can still return safely.
The Houthis took control of Sanaa in 2014, and Yemen's government has fought them since 2015 with support from a Saudi-led coalition, a conflict that has left much of the country divided between rival authorities.
