The post described the announcement as new and said the airline is returning to the airport under its airport code, BHX.
It also referred to more than 320,000 but did not say in the text available what that figure measures.
Pakistan International Airlines is the country's national flag carrier, and it has operated flights to Britain for decades.
Birmingham has a large community of people of Pakistani origin, and the city is one of the main gateways for travel between the UK and South Asia.
Direct services between the two cities would give travellers a single-stop option instead of a connection through another hub.
The airport's post did not give details on ticket prices, schedules or the aircraft to be used on the route.
This is the first international route announcement for the Pakistan International Airlines after its privatization in December 2025.
An Arif Habib-led consortium acquired a major stake in the airline as part of a landmark privatization.
